• Saturday 1st Jan 10am Aberdour Beach Session, session type dependant on conditions on the day!
• Crossgates Paarlauf Race – Sunday 2nd January 11am
• The venue is Crossgates Community Woodland which is at the north side of Crossgates just prior to the A92 overbridge on the Dunfermline to Kirkcaldy road.
• The race distance is loops of 0.7km and 0.5km. This is a fun event and as places are limited then please contact myself or Ian Johnston direct by email on email at ironcaulker@aol.com or phone 01383 733936 if you wish to take part there all are welcome. This race jointly hosted by Carnegie Harriers and Pitreavie AAC. Runners will be paired on the day. The pairings will be mixed from both clubs and guests, approved by the organising committee. A handicap system based on current form will be applied.
  
• Entry cost will be £3 per Runner payable on the day and a limit of 40 Runners in 20 teams will apply. A baton will be exchanged between runners at handover points. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd pairings. Other prizes will be awarded subject to entry numbers. A guided tour of the course will take place on race day at 10.30am. If you can help out on the day with Timekeeping or Marshall duty or if you require any further information then please contact Ian Johnston
• Tuesday 4th Jan 9am Aberdour Beach session.
• Wed 5th 5.45 & 7pm Queenshall, Charlestown. Circuit Classes return.

Risk Assessment has been completed, road down to the Beach is fine, Cars have been going up and down the road to the bottom Car Park all day today, Friday, I hope to be down a wee bitty earlier tomorrow to use the Full Grit Bin that is situated in the bottom car park to grit some of the road as  added safety.

The Beach section that we used last Saturday is good to use and there is good sections of the soft sand nearest the water is also fine to use!

So Beach session is on as normal.

This race is over Mixed Terrain set in the Beautifull Setting of the Dam near Alloa.

There are only 200 entries which are being taken online, I wouldn’t leave it too late.
