Another Circuiteer another PB. Frazer Munro this time!

Frazer Munro took off more than a minute per mile to get 3hrs 26min at the weekend’s Lochaber Marathon, I stated slightly earlier on before the Marathon that Frazer got his first PB in 3 years a couple of months ago at Lasswade’s 10miler to take more than 30mins off your Marathon is a fantastic achievement! 4 Pictures of Frazer below in the white top and glasses.

Gail Lowers Marathon PB at Lochaber to 3.07.56

Gail was 2nd lady overall and won the Ladies team prize. Speaking to Carnegie’s secretary Iain Taylor I asked him how this performance rated as a Carnegie record.  If Gail’s time was a minute quicker she would be in 2nd place.

  1. Roz Alexander 2.44
  2. Jan ? 3.07 Loch Rannoch
  3. Gail’s time yesterday.

Below Gail in the middle at last years Keswick International where she competed and won a team bronze for  Scotland
