Looking for a big push for Friday and Saturday guys, Matted session Friday is the same intensity same class as the Monday of that week!
Saturday has changed to an earlier time of 9am, everyweek I try and change the format of the session to make it as enjoyable as I can.
At the moment I only have:

Just a wee note that this is the final working week on Feb, next Monday is the 1st March, just a polite reminder that if planning on paying by Standing from next month to take advantage of the £6 saving a month you need to go onto your Direct Banking before Friday to get it set up once I see it on my set up I shall let you know!

A welcome back return for Mike Valente & who’s been off for a few weeks and Lorna who missed last week. Big number in the first class 19 which was slightly over than my proposed 15, which was brilliant to see.
The later class is proving to be a bit up and down with it’s attendance, we had Monday regulars Simon & Lynne Kuz away on holiday with usual attenders Gail, Steve & Neil there as always, with a visit from Hazel & Don Williams and Susan Mathieson. Need to work on getting people back to the second class.

The Brewin Dolphin Under 18 Scottish Cup Final was on last week at Murrayfield. Edinburgh Accies v Stewarts Melville. A crowd of 7,000 turned up, Lawrie from Aberdour was playing No8 for Accies he is also vice captain.
As from the picture we are very proud to announce that Lawrie’s team won! Lawrie’s dad is Gerry Seydak who has been a dedicated & commited exerciser to Tommy’s classes for the last 4years now joining us down at our old Tree of Knowledge Venue…….a great effort, Gerry tries when he can to bring his boys Lawrie and Ronan to the sessions whenever he can!
