Tommy’s Tales

Managed to lose my A4 diary last weekend so stress levels are at a higher level at the mo, I have made an improvised few sheets until the end of the year. It’s a real bugger because I rely on this for my accountancy requirements to check who’s came in and what been paid which I transfer into my annual log or accountancy book, anyway moving on.

Mondays’ classes we had 13 & 11 a bit less than our 15 & 16 the previous week, Wed we had 16 & 5 bring us up to 45 so far.

Sorry I’ve been out of sorts the last couple of days working hard with Active kids especially a Wednesday’s at the moment for the past 4 weeks and the next 4 weeks are 12hour shifts which included a 45min run somewhere in the day.

Wednesday I was at Masterton Primary until midday then over to Limekilns from 1.45 to 3pm then up to my weekly after schools club at Oakley for an hour then over to Charlestown for 2 sessions.

Today Thursday, over to Touch Primary for the morning dealing with 50 P1’s Active kids pursuits until midday then after a wee trip up the road for lunch with Maryann and Isla(wife & daughter) then over to Pittencrieff Primary with Active Kids again, 4.30pm  Maryann went out for a run with Nick West and Simon Kuz, for me after dropping off and picking up Cameron from Guitar lessons I had a wee go at the clubs 4×5min session down at Dunfermline’s Careshare building normally called at the club the pan handal just slightly tweaked which was better.

Great wee session! Knackered now hope to get back to normality tomorrow.

Looking forward to tomorrow’s night Class at Camdean however I only have a handful of names and the same for Saturday so come on get organised get in contact get yourself to the sessions!

If you have a spare 4 minute Click here to watch a video which shall show you that when your ever this drunk and lying on a floor, you shall thank me for setting up Circuit training classes and that you have conditioned Core Muscles to successfully get yourself off the floor with your carryout and be able to enjoy it in the comfort of your own home rather than going home empty handed…..I’ve always said there is method in my Madness.

Good turnout at the East District League Meeting today in Dunfermline

Surprised myself I wasn’t too badly affected from only running 3 times in 2 weeks clocking up the 14 miles in the same amount of days, came back to the house at 4.30pm for a 5pm appointment so pretty knackered, here are the pictures below:

What I’m planning to do tomorrow?????

It's cold in the bog! by the red rocket.

Carnegie Harriers are hosting the 2nd event in the 2009/2010 East District Cross Country League this Sunday afternoon from Queen Anne High School, Dunfermline. This

event was staged at this venue back in January this year and proved to be a muddy but very popular course. With all the recent rain, Sunday’s races are likely to be a muddy affair once again so look out your long spikes!Car parking, changing and refreshments will be available at Queen Anne High School and we ask all runners to remove all muddy footwear before entering the school building.

The races will start at the following times;

1300 hours – Under 11 Girls and Boys Race (distance not more than 1,600m)
1315 hours – Under 13 Girls and Boys Race (distance not more than 3,000m)
1335 hours – Senior, Junior, Masters Ladies and U17 Men (distance not more than 6,000m)
1410 hours – Under 15 Girls and Boys Race & U17 Women (distance not more than 4,500m)
1430 hours – Senior, Junior, Masters Men (distance not more than 10,000m)
