The session was the same as Monday’s at Camdean, 90 secs on 30secs off for 45.30mins, hard going especially on the ABs and Obliques, no doubt you’ll wake up tomorrow shouting my name, remember 10p for every swear word!

Been working from home and contacting personal customers trying to keep up with them which is a very important priority for me, trying to get the Sat Nav working in the Audi which is proving hard and we took the boys down to our Favourite beach in Fife Aberdour’s Silver Sands, I love taking the beach session’s but it was extra nice to go down with the boys and Maryann for a wee walk in a beautiful sunny day, I saw a slightly different aspect of the beach having a bit more time to study it and have a walk up to the rocks, the boys got closer to the real action by running over them, flash backs from the Cairngorm’s, Lairig Ghru’s, boulder field came to mind when I was watching them, bless!

I was very privileged and proud to get the chance to work with a Scottish Premier Division team last year I worked for United every Monday from September until the close of the season in May this year where they managed a top 6 position in the league and just getting pipped on the last day of the season for a place in Europe.
I’ve not worked for them since but If I get a shout I would jump at the chance, unfortunately the team has injury worries even before the season gets under way next month, details can be found here

At the session last night at Queenshall, Charlestown, numbers were affected due to the Tour Of Fife, 5 races run over 5 nights starting tonight and finishing up on Sunday, More details can be found on here
The same the the Donkey Brae run takes place more details can be found here
Tonight’s session was 4 exercises done 3 times in a 80sec workout followed by a 20 sec recovery, the session was proving to be extremely tough so we extended the recovery and took off 5 secs work time to help out, I’m all heart I can hear you say!

Woke up this morning with the back being a bit tight and my Pelvic area still bothering me, I’ve been doing a lot of ab work in the class but I had said to Maryann this certainly isn’t right, I probably need to go back to my GP again and get the ball rolling to get to the bottom of this, it’s n0t muscular, the pain is sharp and goes from my Pubis bone down to my left groin and up to my lower abs, I don’t feel much incentive to train for a marathon that’s for sure.
Utilisted this morning by sending emails and contacting people for the class this evening and updating my appointments page.
Took the boys out for a run on their bikes down around Dunfermline and popped in to see my Web Host Neil Campbell who as always helps me with snippits of Marketing cleverness and shortcuts which I’m very gratefull to receive, then is was back home after a play of the swings for the boys before organising the format for the class!

Friday night’s and Saturday morning’s attendance and participation really cheered me up, on Friday Paul Franklin brought his whole family into the hall which was nice as his two young children took part.
Saturday morning was beautiful, very warm slight breeze great morning to do the class, here are the some pictures, more pictures and a slide show are available on the Picture Gallery/Flicker section under the Pages Column of Tommy’s site.

That after noon managed a 7miler then the family excluding Yasmon were off to Ayr to see my Mum this would be the first time Granny Lawrence would see her first Baby Grand daughter. Here are a few pictures:
Later Saturday night we travelled up to see Granny Gray, Maryann’s Mum who stays in Erskine in Glasgow.
Picture 1 Dougie, Maryann’s sister’s boyfriend, (2)Maryann’s Mum(3)Auntie Anne(4)Maryann with Auntie Ann with Leah 13months and Isla.
Spent all day Sunday in Erskine left there at 10pm so if was a late night and a wee sleep in this morning.
