Mon 6th Apr, Camdean 5.45 & 7pm. Matted session, 3 exercises per track with a small recovery inbetween music 1x40min session, concentataing on ABS but all over body workout.
Wed 8th, 5.45 & 7pm Queenshall, 85% Running, 15% Matted exercises
Friday 10th, 6pm, Queenshall, No running, mixture of Bar Bells/Bands/Matted exercises/Dumb Bells Working in small groups 2-3, 75secs on 15 secs recovery, 2x19min sessions with 2 mins at half time.
Saturday 11th, 10am Silver Sands. Aberdour. Working in four teams, two teams running only at the same time the other two teams doing circuit class work in a circle, once your other team comes back to the circle you can then run, your team that has just returned does the circuit class exercises!
