Web Host Neil Campbell streamline’s Blog Home Page

A big thank you to good friend Neil Campbell for streamlining my blog site…..what this means to you is that the PAGES SECTIONS where most of the Circuit Class making appointments, Circuit Class Information and data base is visible when you first log in, Neil has also pushed up the META section which allows you to log in or register to leave comments.

Pictures are easier to see again when you sign as you shall see 6 random pictures which then can take you straight into Flicker, the LINKS section has been changed which shall allow me to put on a few sites up for your information, he has also allowed more POSTS on the HOME page!

So I hope this helps you to navigate quicker and easier round my site, if you have any comments I would be happy to hear from you!

Good Crowd of 27 Hard Workers at Queenshall last night

A big thank you for all your hard work last night :A list of who came along is now below: your 27 entries shall be put into your attendance chart for March, this is a handy guide to see your pattern of visits!

The aims of the session was all about team organisation, planning and doing a lot of Resistence exercises to try and change the format of our class to increase variety.
