The last 3 days I have covered 33miles doing 11 per day, time taken today was 73mins average 6.42min miles. Details of my run are below!

Wed was Interval training 10×2mins using 4 cones, Place 1 cone at your proposed starting position allowing an extra 100 meters spare, do your warm up then run your effort place your cone where you finish, run back to the start then you hope to continually maintain your quality by reaching the cone, extend it if you go by but then return it to where you finish, if your out by less then 3 meters keep it where it sits!
