Just arrived back with my body in tatters, after running 2hours 47mins of the Pentland Skline Race which covers 17 miles and over 6000feet of climbing so I’m glad to be back home update you later after a have a bath and a nap!!!!

Thank you for the 16 people who turned up last night, the photos shall be uploaded this evening! Good to see Don Williamson, Steve MacKenzie and Ronan Seydak(all pictured above) break their duck and return after a month away. Thanks to Lois who usually comes to the Queenshall venue come to see us at Camdean.
Stevie K Gerry
At the top of the attendance ladder, Stevie King pulls into a slight lead with Darren O’Gorman being away on holiday with last months female top attender his wife Melissa, enjoy your break. Gerry Seydak keeps up the pressure on Stevie with one less visit and must be a serious contenter this month as Stevie has a European Marathon next weekend.
Lynne Gail both still have 100% Attendance in October
Ladies Gail and Lynne Kuz both kept up there 100% record on Friday again Gail is in the same boat as Stevie and may miss a few sessions starting as early as next week as she like Steve concentrating on Tapering down their training for this event, I’m sure you shall join me and wishing them a successfull trip!

On listening to your views, not everyone has Excel which we used for the attendance spreadsheets. so what I have done is I’ve added your names onto the respective Page/night that you have propsed to come along too. I.E, if you look at PAGES to the right hand side of this page, then go to Class attendance Mon, Wed or Fri you shall see if your in or not for that night.
You shall also see that I shall keep a record of your attendance for the month, which is colour coded and during the weekend I shall upload Septembers attendance sheet!

Popular Catharine moved up to 5th in the overall visits
I dont know if Catharine Idle ever had a previous Fan Club, because she looks as if she has one now, Catharine has moved upto an overall 5th Top in the amount of views she has received, next she’ll be asking me for Royalties. Two days ago she had 20 views and yesterday 15, must be some belly button.
Annie with Mairia, has moved up to 2nd with a brilliant 70 views with this picture!

Saw the four current top attenders there, Darren shall be following in wife;s Mellissa footsteps in trying to keep his consistency for the rest of the month, with Stevie on 3 out of 3, and both Gail and Lynne both were there last night are also on the maximum!

15 People who havn’t been either Wed or Friday had turned up last night which was good to see!

Congratulations to Barry Davie (pictured above)who ran a Personal Best of 36.51 at The Loch Ness 10 Kilometre road race today (Sunday). In near perfect conditions Barry told me he could have probably have went that slightly bit quicker if he had held back a bit at the start! Barry shall also smile when he sees that his Club Pitreavie had beaten my club Carnegie at the 4x 3.2mile road relay in Glasgow on Saturday which I ran the first leg in.
Last Months Top Attender Stevie King also ran the Loch Ness 10k, a few seconds behind Barry Davie in a time of 37.04. This week coming Stevie probably plans to come along the three nights do a 10 mile Hill Race on Saturday with a taper(less intense training) next week as he plans to run the Amsterdam Marathon, Stevie has completed at least 1 marathon to date.
Like Stevie, Gail Murdoch who I have previously stated on a post on Friday that she holds the top attender for the females alongside Lynne Kuz in the background. Gail ran well yesterday in the Loch Ness 10k yesterday in 41.42. Gail has a packed running program ahead of her, after winning the Scottish 100k or 62.5 mile last month, this 10k race was good build up training for her trip to do the Amsterdam Marathon in 2 weeks, Gail completed in the London Marathon this April in a time a little over 3 hours.
Gail renowned for her road running exploits shall be changing footwear from road shoes to spikes and Fell shoes as she is actively taking part in her club’s cross-country season and doing two hill races within the next 2 months.

100% attendance after 2 session
Two men and two ladies have 100% attendance records, by coming Wed and Friday of this week, they are Darren O’Gorman and last month’s winner Stevie King with Endurance Supermo’s Lynne Kuz and Gail Murdoch leading the charge for the ladies, bearing in mind that both Gail and Steve shall be competing in the Amsterdam Marathon in two weeks time so they may miss a few sessions, I hope not!
