1st run for over a week! Chest & throat still not 100%

After dropping off the boys to Football Camp for the day and half day nursery for Isla. I took Maryann a wee run up Ritchie Cunningham’s Hill, Benarty, near Ballingry, great wee hill with variations of climbs and terrain on your doorstep, set off at half 9 got back to the house at half 11, weather was terrible but we both had a hard 60min run without too much problems with the chest.

Thurs 17th March, 9.35am, 17.1miles 1hr 55mins

http://www.mapmyrun.com/workout/40168716/

Body felt a bit strange today, been drinking a bit more at night which meant I never really felt like drinking when I was out today.

There were periods today that I felt pretty fast and pretty strong but periods where I felt very tired, the hills were really hard especially leaving Crossford where a friendly face Ronnie Hunter Blair came up beside me on his bike and pushed me on a bit with his banter.

Bumped into Susan Tennent at the other end of Crossford, where although I was running pretty strong I wasn’t enjoying it, I feel the legs are stronger but they are definitely tired!
