Dropped Isla off at Nursery was a bit late on starting 9.27am instead of 9am, tomorrow I’ll have a bit more time hope to get 13-15miles & 90mins running.
Not done this route for long enough plan to use this again on Thursday with a bit more loops in Townhill Woods a wee favorite running area of mine!

After dropping off the boys to Football Camp for the day and half day nursery for Isla. I took Maryann a wee run up Ritchie Cunningham’s Hill, Benarty, near Ballingry, great wee hill with variations of climbs and terrain on your doorstep, set off at half 9 got back to the house at half 11, weather was terrible but we both had a hard 60min run without too much problems with the chest.

Appointments and classes for the rest of the day, so Friday, no running training.
Saturday after the Beach Session plan to be on my feet for 3 hours the first time this year. Running back to Dunfermline from Aberdour, a long way round.
Sunday shall be a day off running as I’ve been asked by Scottish Athletics and Adrian Stott(Run & Become) to be the Active Physio for the Anglo Celtic Plate, 100 & 50k events below is a picture from last years 24 hour event!

Body felt a bit strange today, been drinking a bit more at night which meant I never really felt like drinking when I was out today.
There were periods today that I felt pretty fast and pretty strong but periods where I felt very tired, the hills were really hard especially leaving Crossford where a friendly face Ronnie Hunter Blair came up beside me on his bike and pushed me on a bit with his banter.
Bumped into Susan Tennent at the other end of Crossford, where although I was running pretty strong I wasn’t enjoying it, I feel the legs are stronger but they are definitely tired!
