Session last night Wednesday had 6 stations round the perimeter of the hall which were, Single Step onto the stage, Pull Ups, Flyes, Punching Terry Torso, Alternative Press Ups using the 2 Domes, and Reverse Flyes using the Stability Ball, the other 6 stations were using the 2 Oak Tables we sometimes pull with the ropes, these were placed into the middle of the room where we done 2 different types of Ab exercises, pictures shall follow later this evening!
