The weather yesterday morning(Monday 21st) was a bit dull and dreary however as the morning turned into afternoon the weather started to change, so much for the better. So I decided around 2pm that we should give the outdoor sessiona go. I was a bit worried that we had no music and that the weather would change but neither interfered with the nights proceedings.
I was a bit late setting off for the class, with the normal stress on a Monday and then fighting traffic to get to Dalgety Bay on top of this misplacing keys for the Queenshall.
We turned up down at Dalgety Bay around ten past five and the first thing would have to be consideration of parking, that done we had to get the borders set up and then the content inside sorted, in a few days we should have banners arriving from Running Imp to advertise our name and what were about which shall be used both for Mid week and Beach Training session which are conducted outside.
Archie Duncan was first on the scene, who gave me a good hand getting the obstacles sorted up, needless to say we never had them in the correct lanes but hey ho there we go! Martin McNellis, Ian Thomson, then arrived, Alison West and daughter Lydia walked there as they stay 200meters from the venue, Angela Bown & Jo Wilson were next on the scene with Hazel Williamson & Susan Mathieson running the 5 miles from Aberdour good on them! Needless to say Hazel’s daughter Mairi drove them back home after the session? Callum Vallance came with both son and daughter Adam & Jessica.
So the first class had 13 Circuiteers the second had 5, Stevie King, Gail Murdoch, Campbell Logan, Iain Cormack & Mark Austin.
Great to have seen you all see you Wednesday and Friday!
