The course yesterday was using the Climbing ropes from the Flag Poles, we started next to the Cafe then ran down to the beach, made a small left turn towards the Decking, we then circled 1 flag pole, ran all the way down to its turning point down the beach then headed back up to the another Flag pole, back down there then back up the hill round the Car Park side of the Cafe, past the toilets running towards the cycle track at the hedges then back to the front Hard standing of the Cafe back to change with your partner.
We could only manage 4 out of the 6 sets due to its distance and the time, which was 5 past ten. I thick the guys did enjoy it, it was certainly different.
