Aim: Is to have an enjoyable but hard 60 min workout using different surfaces, gradients with the added obstacle of wind and rain to hinder your progress.
The is a perfect oppourtunity to get outdoors work with a partner to motivate each other on.
Set up:
I set out a designated course, which changes from week to week to keep the class guessing, split the group into two’s and we normally have 4 phases of work with 3 measured recoveries, everybody knows at the start what the efforts and recoveries are,
5 min warm up, mobilisation then stretch then the 4 phase main session. Normally lasts 36-48mins
7 min cool down with stretches!
