Planned to have 13 at the class and 13 we had! We had a few people who I thought were coming didn’t and a few who I didn’t expect to see did, great two see two new faces at the class, Ken Walker and Ruth Downie interesting class with 7 resistence stations with a hugh slalom of chairs in the shape of the St.Andrews cross which made things interesting, feedback comments welcolm!

Pictures of the class have been updated and over 100 from our Previous Location the Tree of Knowledge have been uploaded which shall bring back memories for some of you.
