I would like to thank everyone and you know who you are who have supported me and the move from The Tree Of Knowledge Group to Step Up. I’m sure you shall agree with me that the transition has been pretty smooth due to the forsight and excellent management skills of Joe Diamond & Gordon Delaney at Step Up.
I have been very proud to be associated with the setting up of the Circuit Classes which was assisted by Sarah Legge now of Fife Athletics Club and the Carnegie Harriers and from there we have blossomed and hopefully we can develop for the future. So thank you very much again! Still looking for you to Log In and register into the site where you can leave comments which all can see! Need to go to Register, then follow the prompts!
Classes start in 2008
Classes shall restart on Monday 7th January I shall be activly taking names after the new year on this site and direct to Step UP!
