After a communication breakdown between me and the Betterhalf, I was left stranded at the house after refusing a lift from Sue Walker who was leaving ths house at 5.15pm. This left me 30mins late and a bit embarrassed, sorry to the guys at the first class mentioned below. Session last night has increased in duration from 90 to 95secs which has made the recoveries shorter by the same margin. Thanks again to everybody who turned out.
