This Weeks Training so far

Monday had an easy 2 and a half in the morning, Gluts and Hip-flexors not moving very well. Managed 7.30min miles for the 2.5.

Monday night, not very much time but due to a slow start this morning tried to push it as hard as I could plan was to get under 36 for 6 Just Managed it
