After a long night out and getting to bed at 1am we were all up at 8am to get ready for our activities for the day, I was off to do the Glenrothes 10k to continue with my increased speed work practise thanks to Barry Davie for the lift up and back today……

- My watch failed to stop crossing the line so although it says 35.47 my time was officially taken as 34.55 which gave me 3rd Senior, 4th Overall, Jeff Farquar beat me again and again I never made any real head room on him compared to Milnathort on Thursday, Chris Russell was 2nd just in front to Jeff with Lewis Miller from Central winning in something around 31-32mins.

My next Race is the Brig Bash 5 next Wed 7.30pm in Bridge of Earn. Well done to Roger Clark who won the Biathlon, Gill McCracken who won a Vets prize and Keiran Morgan who got a Personal Best! Well done to Circuiteer Isabel Carmichael who was glad to finish the race after been out of sorts with Digestive issues, well done!
