- Thanks to Sharon McKenzie & Gerry Seydak for coming to the session on Friday night, due to holidays and recoveries and races the Friday night was a bit depleted hope to be bouncing back for next week!
- 6 Circuiteers came along this morning, the guys done 4 reps of 10mins.
- The first and third rep were a warm up and recovery set the session 2 and 4 were tagged recorded stats shall follow tomorrow!
