The holiday session paid it’s toll on the gym and the classes at tonight’s class probably the weather had a part to play if the truth were told, with warm continental conditions from the start of the week continuing to the weekend.
So thanks to new girl Miari who was recommended to come along from a gym member, Julie Howe, Ricki and Mark Connelly Malcolm Smith and Maryann, I played some 60′s party mix songs as it was a Friday night which I think went down pretty well!
