My movements are:

Working with Andrew Baird(Active Schools Co-ordinator)and Local Nurse Fiona Todd at Dulloch Primary all morning and some of the afternoon. The nurses and Cardiac nurses are conducting Body Mass Index checks and giving the primary school children valuable information about the Heart and the benefits of healthy eating my job is to get the kids active and enjoy some exercise activities.

Mid afternoon I have to travel down to meet up with Dundee United in Glasgow to conduct a four hour pre Semi Final Massage Therapy session with Club’s Physio Jeff Clark, United take on Glasgow Celtic at Hampden on Wednesday night for a place in the CIS Cup Final, it’s going to be a hard week for the troops.

So sorry to the 35 people plus that normally come along, this is a one off, we are back to normal business on Wednesday.

On Thursday I make the 46mile journey back up to Dundee mid morning hopfully with a win in the cup the night before to conduct another  four session for the clubs match with the other old firm Rangers in the Scottish League cup, a crunch game as United are chasing Rangers and trying to extend the gap between themselves Aberdeen and Hearts, things are hotting up with just over 10 matches to go!
