I had a terrible cough over the last few days which I have been spreading round the gym which is not the most positive thing to say however you have to work, I think the Half Marathon has surpressed the old Immune System, so I had to take the morning off to try and recover.
1.30pm Done a 13 miler, 85 mins from my normal starting point from home up towards Kingseat, to Cowdenbeath back through Crossgates, felt strong on the way back especially last 2 miles.
Friday’s plan to do 4×2.26
Saturday Lairig Ghru 28 miler in 4.30hours starting at 0900.
Sunday an easy hill session
next week Edinburgh Marathon as a training run <2.45hours
