Basically we go from the round a bout where you would normally turn into towards Asda however you would go straight down towards the Police Station/Tesco on your right you should see us on the field on the left.

If you key in Dalgety Bay Primary School, that should take you there also.

Wednesday afternoon Update

  • Next Appt Thursday morning.
  • All appointments until the end of June have been updated.
  • As per our post May 1st our charges and cancellation charges have changed.
  • From Monday 14th all 1-2-1 appointments are £40 for monthly visits.
  • Fortnightly £35, Weekly £30.
  • All 1-2-1 sessions are 75mins minimum.
  • Our Monday, Wednesday & Saturday Sessions are all on as normal this week,(starting 14th May)

No Classes on Monday 7th I’m afraid!

I’m away during the day over in the Western Isles and returning would be dependant on Ferries and traffic, so its better cutting my loses and letting you know before I go  rather than maybe not showing on the night!  Classes shall be on as normal without break until Fife School Summer Holidays.

This event gives experienced and developing amateur cyclists the opportunity to experience some stunning scenery, interesting climbs and defeat a dragon (a hill outside Dunning, where legend has it a Dragon was slain around 500 AD). 

Charity – This event is supporting Help for Heros, www.helpforheroes.org.uk
Further Details:  The minimum age for entry is 16 years of age.All participants under the age of 18 must have had a consent form completed by their parent or guardian. The consent form should be submitted to the organisers at the address on the form at the time of entry. Consent forms can be downloaded from the One Day Events website.

Our entry limit for 2012 is 500 riders. Please note that entries are non-refundable and not transferable. The cost of the event at £30 includes the entry central registration fee. Enter before the 30th April for a 10% discount.
