Another Scottish Cap
For Circuiteer Lawrie Seydak who has been picked for Scotlan’s under 18’s against France at Philipshaugh, Selkirk kick off is Saturday 14th March, 3pm
We wish him and the Scottish team well alongside their National Team against England tomorrow at Murrayfield at 5pm. Lawrie can be spotted straight about the Cup here.

19 at last night’s sessions!
Had half a dozen call off’s during Wed so only a handfull as you will see made it up to Queenshall, last night we had two mini Circuits going on each having 6 stations due to the extra numbers in the first class an extra station on the stage was improvised.
The aim of the session was to get the indivdual to start at the same pace at the start of the session, a lot of work was on the Core last night again no doubt a few of you shall be feeling it today and tomorrow.

Crufts here we come!
Just a wee note to say that Colin and wee Mitch are heading down to Birmingham’s NEC for this weekends http://www.crufts.org.uk/ showing.
Colin and Mitch are running in a race within all the competitions under the banner of Crufts. The event has came about to heighten the profile of healthy dogs, healthy owners which we are proud to say Colin and Mitch are. We wish them well, an update shall follow soon!

16 & 8 Circuiteers at last night’s session
After a communication breakdown between me and the Betterhalf, I was left stranded at the house after refusing a lift from Sue Walker who was leaving ths house at 5.15pm. This left me 30mins late and a bit embarrassed, sorry to the guys at the first class mentioned below. Session last night has increased in duration from 90 to 95secs which has made the recoveries shorter by the same margin. Thanks again to everybody who turned out.

John McTaggart planning on making his Debut at Saturday’s Beach Session
John, who stays in Aberdour is a keen Golfer who cycles and runs/trains with the Carnegie Harriers John has emailled me this morning to say he hopes to come along to the session for a blast.
This Saturday the 2 Kinross Road runners I mentioned in an earlier post Judith Dobson and Chris Mysercroft are all ready commited so no beach for them, John Abbot is also out and Fife AC runner who also done the Smokies is Sue Whisler is a 50/50.

Circuiteer Gordon Pryde runs through the night
At Last weekends High Peak Marathon starting not long before Midnight and running in the Pitch Black, the winning time was just under 9hours with Gordon’s team around 11.
